Without Walls is looking for a proactive, dynamic, and experienced individual to support all of core business functions.
As Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for people management, systems and logistics at Without Walls.
The role oversees HR, IT, premises and travel and is integral to the effective delivery of the Without Walls programme. You will work collaboratively across the finance and programming teams, reporting to the company Director.
You may have experience working within the cultural or commercial sector in an operations, HR or IT role. We value motivation and aptitude as much as skills and experience, so don’t be put off if you don’t match every area within the person specification – we would like to hear from you if you think you can do the job.
