All Things Considered Theatre are looking for an experienced, passionate and preferably, local producer with a keen interest in social change to join them on their next two years of project delivery.
They have a number of projects that need producing and are looking for an individual who can work alongside both Artistic Directors to run, manage the operational management of different strands of delivery. This is a role for someone who is experienced in producing small scale productions, tours and project management.
You must have a keen eye for detail, able to manage projects, love an excel spreadsheet, happy to roll up your sleeves for those get outs, be highly organised and independent. This is a diverse role with lots of flexibility. They need someone who is experienced in producing, be grounded, organised and able to be an excellent advocate for the company. They are looking for someone who can pick it up and run with it.
Rate: 44 days per year @175pd x 2 years = £15400 (£7700 per year). This will be paid in monthly installments relative to the days worked per month. This role requires and supports flexible working patterns. Some weeks will be busier than others. They would be keen to extend producing opportunities dependent on other work the company is offered.
