This is a fantastic role for someone wanting to develop production skills across all art forms. The role requires enthusiasm, a commitment to the arts and high-quality delivery, strong people skills, the ability to learn quickly and picking up skills and know-how with a big dose of creativity.
It will need a working knowledge of the practical, delivery needs of a public facing arts organisation and an understanding of at least one art form in some depth. You will also be someone who can grow and develop with us as we explore further opportunities together.
