As a skilled project manager with an interest in data and insights, you will be supporting the arts and culture sector and Arts Council England to establish a shared language and ambition around creating the best possible work from the best possible organisations.
This will involve
- Managing the ongoing delivery and evolving of the Impact & Insight Toolkit, a sector-wide audience insight tool that provides NPOs with feedback from their peers and audiences as well as people within their own organisations.
- Supporting the development and commissioning of content, resources and training materials that support the arts and culture sector to understand and apply the Arts Council’s new Ambition & Quality Investment Principles.
You will have a particular focus on working with the Impact and Insight Toolkit supplier to support its use by understanding and demonstrating its value and increasing potential to Arts Council colleagues and to the sector.
Successful candidates must be able to commence the role no earlier than 12 April 2021.
Disabled people, those from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds and people under 30 are under-represented in their workforce so they particularly encourage applications from people in these groups.
