As a member of Odd Art’s Finance and Administration team you will be responsible for ensuring up to date staff processes, policies, purchasing, oversight of intranet and internal systems, and various forms of creating and delivering reporting methods. You will be responsible for reporting on all monitoring and providing staff with the tools to collect the relevant data and feedback.
By effectively supporting delivery logistics and managing monitoring, the Coordinator will ensure that projects are completed within their contract and evaluation requirements and also able to effectively report on impact and reach.
The Project, Monitoring and Delivery Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the logistical delivery requirements of projects and initiatives at Odd Arts, from conception to completion. This includes developing and implementing monitoring plans to track progress, booking transport, accommodation, and all administration requirements for projects. The Coordinator will report to the Head of Finance also working closely with the CEO, Head of Operations and with stakeholders to keep them informed of the status of projects and initiatives, and to gather feedback and input under GDPR guidelines and policy.
The Project, Monitoring and Delivery Coordinator is a critical role in the organisation and relies on key communication and administration skills to continue strengthening professional working relationships, maintain connections with new and existing funders and be open and transparent with reporting processes.
