You will be an approachable, dynamic, and friendly person who is able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
You will have an important role in responding to general student enquiries face-to-face at the reception desk or via email, phone and messaging services. Your knowledge base will develop to enable you to respond directly to questions or direct enquiries to other colleagues and departments.
You will also provide services to students, including the production of status letters, printing replacement ID cards and the posting of award certificates.
You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to BIMM Institute Manchester making our guests feel welcome, escorting them to meeting rooms, and providing refreshments as requested by a member of the college management team or executive member.
You will undertake administrative duties during teaching and assessment weeks in support of our student services and administration teams, and during the summer period you will contribute to preparations for the next academic year including enrolment and induction.
