As the Senior Programme Producer, you will lead on the programming/curation and producing of the cross-art form artistic programme in collaboration with Contact’s young programmers and Artistic Director.
You will work to ensure Contact’s public programme reflects Contact’s core mission, vision and values, presenting their own produced, supported and commissioned work alongside visiting shows and events that:
- Explore the issues and realities that affect young people’s lives
- Are made by artists that young audiences find relevant, important and exciting
- Features young people as creators, performers and curators
- Address health issues and inequalities facing young people and our communities
You will have experience of producing live shows and events across a range of art forms and scales, and demonstrable experience of working directly with artists, makers and performers. You will have a genuine and demonstrable commitment to increasing diversity, representation and access, including enthusiasm for and commitment to anti-racist and inclusive practice.
