The Spiritual Arts Foundation is seeking a spiritually-minded business creative online community manager to join our team.
What will you be doing?
The Spiritual Arts Foundation (https://www.spiritualarts.org.uk) is a UK arts organization dedicated to spiritual exploration through artistic expression. With 90+ professional creatives, 1200+ members in their ‘Spiritual Creatives’ network (https://www.meetup.com/spiritualcreatives/), and a team of 40+ volunteers, they inspire individuals and communities through transformative art.
Position Overview: Seeking a dedicated Online Community Manager to coordinate their volunteer community. Voluntary role with potential for part-time pay as funding grows.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate various teams: fundraising, editorial, legal, accounting, marketing, HR, social media, events.
- Monitor departments, ensure resources, and track progress.
- Foster positive environment, encourage teamwork.
- Cultivate volunteer relationships, promote mission dedication.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication and collaboration.
- Develop engagement strategies, stay updated on industry best practices.
- Represent the foundation online, advocate mission and values.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing large volunteer communities, preferably in non-profit settings.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for spirituality and volunteering.
- Sociable, engaging personality.
- Proficiency in social media and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
