Stallholder applications are now open for The Art Quarter’s Winter Market at Metquarter, taking place on Saturday 2nd December from 11am – 5pm.
They are looking for original makers, artisans and crafters. This can be anything from art prints, sculpture, leatherwork, ceramics, jewellery and textiles to chocolate, soap, honey or beauty products. They only ask that all your products are your own work and not mass produced or imported.
The Art Quarter Market is an indoor arts and crafts fair held inside the Metquarter, a boutique leisure and shopping centre located right in the heart of Liverpool city centre.
They select stallholders based on looking at the links provided by the applicant and considering many criteria such as originality, the price range of your work, eco credentials and suitability. They are aiming to have a good mix of different styles, mediums and product types. They may refuse people whose work they love because they don’t want to have too many competing stalls.
They have two stall sizes available:
Medium: Medium stalls are allocated a space that is 1.2m deep x 2.5m wide and come with a standard table. There is no room for any additional freestanding elements such as print racks or rails.
Large: Large stalls are allocated a space 1.2m deep x 3m wide. These stalls have room for freestanding elements such as plinths or print racks.
These stall sizes are approximate, some stalls may be slightly larger or smaller due to the nature of the venue. Stallholders are requested to stay within the stall boundaries which will be marked on the floor with tape. You may be asked to move your display at the discretion of the organisers.
If you have any questions about the stalls or if you can fit in a particular element of your display send an email at theartquarterliverpool@outlook.com and they’ll see how we can accommodate you.
