They’re looking for an experienced Student Recruitment Marketing Manager to become part of their story, working within their small and driven Marketing and Student Recruitment Team.
Liaising closely with the Head of Marketing and Student Recruitment, the postholder will play a crucial role in the delivery of the student recruitment strategy, ensuring that the RNCM remains a destination of choice for talented young musicians worldwide.
A confident copywriter with a clear drive for developing and implementing marketing strategies, the postholder will have a proven track record of successful campaign delivery, preferably within the Higher Education sector or arts-related field. With line management responsibility for two members of the team, they will also oversee the planning and coordination of inward and outward recruitment events and play a key role in building and maintaining networks to support UK and international activity.
Working with creative and motivated colleagues, the role offers the chance to feed into wider creative marketing, recruitment, and development campaigns, and undertake training to enhance professional and personal development.
