They are looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic and energetic individual to join their Management team at the Beatles Story, on a permanent basis.
The Beatles Story is established as an immersive must-see visitor experience, that supports the wider Liverpool City region visitor economy, protecting and enhancing the Beatles’ brand and sustaining its legacy in the birthplace of The Beatles for future generations.
This role will be based at the Pier Head site, located at the Mersey Ferry Terminal buildings. The Team Leaders role is to manage the Fab 4 Caf and Fab 4 shop. As part of this role you will regularly act as Duty Manager, opening and closing the building to the public acting as first aider and incident manager as and when needed in partnership and with the support of the Mersey Ferries team.
As a Team Leader experience of customer service is essential – you must be willing to embrace new ideas and go beyond customer expectations, inspiring unforgettable and unique moments that guests will treasure.
The successful candidate must have the following attributes: Supervisory experience in a visitor facing role in both a caf and retail outlet, enjoy working with people and working as a team, a strong communicator, a knowledge of Health & Safety requirements within a work environment, cash handling experiences, a positive approach, and high operational standards.
You should have a passion for the band and a desire to share your knowledge with the team and wider audience, thus ensuring that the Beatles legacy is brought to life in new, educational, and innovative ways.
