Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) has announced the latest round of Vice-Chancellor PhD Studentships. Proposals are accepted across the full range of subjects studied at LJMU, from applicants with a named lead supervisor at the university.
A studentship includes payment of annual fees; £1,600 p/a towards research running costs; an annual stipend of £19,273 for full-time study; and access to enhanced training and skills development via LJMU’s Researcher Development Programme.
If you or a colleague, professional associate, friend, or family member is interested in studying for a Doctorate in any of the following subject areas, they would be delighted to explore this further as a potential lead supervisor and co-applicant:
- Cultural policy in relation to cross-government social objectives (UK)
- Evidencing the social value of arts, culture, and heritage
- Strategic development of the creative health field
- Ethical practice in creative health work
They would be especially interested in proposals that support the development of arts and cultural organisations and sectors in the Liverpool city region. Please feel free to share this opportunity and my contact details – more information on the application process is available here: https://www.ljmu.ac.uk/research/phd-studentship-application The closing date for applications is 5pm, 29th July 2024.
