Liverpool Empire Theatre are kindly letting us collect at the end of each performance of The Drifters Tues 27 Feb to Sat 2 March. We need 2 collectors per performance. Weds, Thurs and Sat at 1600 and Tues to Sat 2100.
Raising funds for Tom’s Trust – a children’s charity who support children with brain tumours and their families by providing mental health, clinical psychology support. We opened our 3rd centre at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in June 2023 and we have got the waiting lists down from 6 months to 2 weeks, set up a group for parents/carers and a group for siblings.
Our founders set up the charity after they lost their son Tom, aged 9, 7 months after being diagnosed with a brain tumour. Whilst they had the physical support from the NHS they had no mental health support so set up the charity to make sure no other family would have to go through what they went through. They also have other children.
