Volunteers – Creative Experience of the Workplace / All About Futures, held 6 Mar ’26

All About Futures need more volunteers to help make this day as amazing as possible for the students in the LCR to explore the creative sector.

If it’s a date you’re available, but you are unsure how or if you can support, please reach out and they can help. You might also find it easier to team up with another organisation to deliver if you work in similar roles, or you might have staff internally who would be keen to support but don’t know how to get started.

Each day is curated by All About Futures, including risk assessments/safeguarding/school and student onboarding making it as easy for you as they can.

Venue :Liverpool Hope University, Eden Building, L16 9JD

When: 6^th March, 9am – 3pm

Who: 125 students, Year 8/9 plus their educators from schools in the modern work experience pilot

What: An experience of the workplace event with 5 organisations representing music, film and the arts. Each activity is repeated 5x throughout the day with approx 25 students a time.

How: They’ll support you to develop a task or activity which fits in the equalex framework and supports modern work experience and explores your role or sector.

The Employer Network is a membership service that supports businesses to engage with schools and colleges in the Liverpool City Region. This could be through work experiences, talks and visits or strategic support. No matter the barrier, they will help to make it work.
