The Talleyrand is a small independent venue and bar in the diverse Manchester suburb of Levenshulme.
They are a thriving arts hub with a varied and ambitious programme of events, with a focus on providing a platform for fringe and niche acts in Live Music, Art, Theatre and Film. In addition to this they have a bar area selling craft beers and specialist wines and spirits to a wide demographic of patrons.
They are keen to work with a website designer who can create a bespoke, centralised platform to share and promote events, allow people to book tickets and have a dedicated pages for things like hosting live streams, latest news and to showcase their core range of drinks.
Whilst the website must be easy for the team to update themselves, they would like to steer away from generic templates found on many of the ‘do-it-yourselves’ sites out there.
Experience in creating a website for a venue like theirs is desirable but not essential as they would expect to share and discuss contextual references of successful websites from peer organisations.
They have a budget of £1000 for the design and completion of the website and would expect a design consultation, draft feedback and final tweaks meetings to be included within the fee *meetings can be conducted via zoom or in person. In addition to your fee they would cover other costs including domain purchase and associated fees.
Please email them with a cover letter or CV as well as any references to your previous work:

Ideally they would like the website to be completed by no later than 15th June 2021.
