Youth Company Manager – Liverpool Philharmonic, closes 11 Feb

Liverpool Philharmonic are pleased to welcome applications for the role of Youth Company Manager.

The Principle role of the Youth Company Manager involves overseeing the delivery of Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Company’s annual programme , leading the implementation of the Youth Company Strategy and supporting participants to develop their skills and talents through ensembles, performance, live events, creative projects and training.

The ideal candidate will drive innovation and continuous improvement in Liverpool Philharmonic’s youth talent development programme, including developing ways of effectively involving young people in the planning and delivery of activity. They will also lead on partnerships with local and national artists and organisations to achieve Youth Company goals.

This is a full-time, permanent post, with an annual salary of £27,500.
