The role includes development and implementation of appropriate Marketing and Audience Development strategies for CRTA.

Other key responsibilities will include the ability to develop funding applications, regular monitoring and reporting on the programme to funders and stakeholders alongside budget management and control.

Admin PA to neurodivergent festival programmer (part-time) – Powerhouse Arts and Culture, closes 10 Mar

Powerhouse Arts and Culture are seeking a part-time Admin PA.

If you are queer and have an interest in socially-engaged arts so much the better, but your digital and organisational skills are the most important thing, as well as confidence in working with neurodiversity and disability.

The role will be based at an office in the city centre, and PA will be required to attend meetings at venues across the city as well as occasional Zoom and home-office meetings.

Playing a key role within the city’s largest music organisation, Liverpool Philharmonic’s HR department takes on a busy and diverse workload.

They’re currently looking to recruit an HR Manager to lead the department and develop our HR strategy. Craft Workshop Leader – The Crafty Hen, closes 7 Mar

Join the brood: The Crafty Hen are seeking dynamic, experienced, workshop leaders to run ad-hoc craft sessions for their growing events company.

They are seeking several people to specifically cover Merseyside and Greater Manchester, and surrounding more rural areas. Your own transport is essential.

They are looking for people who will bring a sense of fun during the activities, as well as sharing skills with their participants. The majority of clients are unfamiliar with craft techniques, and need an approach that guides them in gently.

Key client groups include hen parties, corporate events, special birthdays & baby showers; participants can vary massively in craft experience and ability. They also work with a variety of ages, though predominantly cater to adults.

You’ll be responsible for providing technical advice and services, including designing and operating lighting, sound, audio visual and recording systems. You’ll liaise with clients to identify production specifications, ensuring that events comply with Health and Safety regulations, and meet customer expectations.

Front of House Coordinator – Liverpool Biennial, closes 20 Mar

The Front of House Coordinator is a key staff member at the Biennial, leading on all aspects of front of house and visitor services for Liverpool Biennial 2023.

This will involve (but will not be limited to) recruitment and management of 10-15 Mediator roles, including the development and delivery of a 4-week training programme, daily rota setting, pastoral care and line management.

The role will ultimately be responsible for ensuring visitors have the best experience possible, which will mean daily management of up to three exhibition spaces in ‘found’ or disused venues, liaising with partners venues, safety and maintenance of artworks and exhibitions, running of tours and workshops, and ensuring clear and effective communication and feedback between the mediator team and our Programme team.

They are looking for somebody with excellent management, personal and organisational skills to lead our Front of House team and programme, and to welcome visitors to their 12th festival edition (10 June – 17 Sept 2023), exhibitions, events and city.
