The role will support the Hospitality and Events Coordinator in the planning and delivery of high quality bar services, event set up and catering provision ensuring all areas comply with health and safety, legal, hygiene and licencing requirements as well as ensuring a secure, safe and welcoming environment for the audience and guests to enjoy.

The role requires stamina, enthusiasm, attention to detail and the ability to think on your feet as well as superb communication skills. There is a requirement for flexibility of evenings, weekends and late shifts to deliver the busy event programme. It is hard work but it is also very rewarding.
