Artisans in the City Winter Market

The Art Quarter Liverpool is excited to bring you a brand new winter Market on Saturday 3rd December. It will take place in the Metquarter, right in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.

Being a group of independent artists and stallholders themselves, they understand what is important when taking part in an event like this.

There will be a mix of talented creatives: feel the texture of handprinted silk scarves by @bymaggienaturally, have a go at weaving with @lazykate_textiles, buy locally made honey by @beeshack40 and locally made jam by @theliverpooljamcompany. They will also have ceramics, wax melts, jewellery, photography & much more.

This is an unmissable opportunity to pick up one-of-a-kind gifts, cards, decorations and artworks, the Winter Market is a must-visit event for Christmas shoppers and anybody intending to spend their money with local, independent businesses and artists this year.

Visit The Art Quarter Liverpool too where you will find a wide range of handmade gifts created by 11 local artists. The artists run the shop themselves, so an artist is always on hand to help and chat about their inspirations and the stories behind their work.

Good Market

GOOD Market is a place for those who want to shop consciously, who want to uplift their local creatives and spread good vibes whilst doing so.

We began as the brainchild of Good Liverpool, an online store that supported local businesses within the Liverpool City Region and beyond during the pandemic.

The markets came as a response to our retailers wanting to get back out there, to immerse themselves in the community they had missed and begin selling face-to-face once more.

Our success has surprised even us, with the response from our community being more than we could ever begin to fathom, and because of them, we continue to thrive.

Upcoming Market Dates

20.11.22: FACT Liverpool (11 am – 4 pm)

26.11.22 & 27.1122: Bluecoat (11 am – 4 pm)

CRATE: Vinyl + Craft Beer Market

CRATE is a craft beer + music market that Future Yard host regularly. This autumn edition times well with Halloween, which will be themed accordingly. All of the action for this market event will take place indoors, with vendors split between our live room and bar areas, followed by a live show in the evening.

The Market brings together the worlds of vinyl obsessives and craft beer aficionados for a daytime fair that pulls together some of the best local record labels, vendors, brewers, printmakers and DJs in the North West. Starting at 11am and running until 5pm, the Market is free entry.

A Future Yard record stall will feature a packed selection of new and used vinyl masterpieces, stocked with some gems from across the eras, locals and non-locals alike. Curated by the masterminds of Dig Vinyl, the stall will also be selling some choice bits of Future Yard merch. This stall will appear alongside selections from specialist vinyl record traders and a host of great printmakers and craft artists.

A number of our local brewers will also be pitching up on the day, bringing kegs of freshly brewed craft ales for you to sample. Whether you drop by to sup on the latest amber goodness pouring from the draught taps, or you’re looking to take home some packaged cans to see you through the winter, CRATE will have you covered.

And the visual ephemera that surrounds this whole culture will also be represented, with some great poster and screen print art from local designers + makers. Add into the mix stalls from storied Merseyside labels and choice cuts from great collectors and vendors, it amounts to plenty to look forward to digging through.

We will also have some brand new and exciting Future Yard merch on sale exclusively at this event…

Liverpool Print Fair: Autumn 2022

This November, Liverpool Print Fair is hosting a two-day art market, gathering independent artists and designers with a unique variety of original and handmade art prints for sale.

Whether you want something to hang in your home office or a gift to brighten up a new home, there will be plenty to choose from at the fair.

They’ve commissioned artists 2B or Not 2B to create an exclusive limited-edition print which will be available to the first 50 people through the doors each day. With each print there is also a chance to win one of four printmaking prizes from Cass Art too, so there’s plenty of reasons to get there early.

As we move into winter and start gathering indoors again, it’s a wonderful time to buy new art prints and give your surroundings a refresh. Treat your family and friends, as well as yourself, to something special for your walls, all while supporting independent artists in the process.

The market will host a different selection of stalls on both Saturday and Sunday, with over 25 different sellers over the weekend. Make sure to visit both days if you want to see everything.

They’ll be at Chapters Of Us – a beautiful venue in the Baltic Triangle, just a short walk from the Cains Brewery Village.

Liverpool Makers’ Bazaar

Liverpool Makers Bazaar are hosting their fabulous seasonal market of all things handmade.

Join them for free access to nearly 40 stalls of unique items. The event is dog friendly and Mrs B’s delightful pop up tea room will be providing her usual sumptuous treats served on fine China.

But come early for first pick….doors open at 11am.

Winter Arts Market Online

The Ope Culture Winter Arts Market is going online for 2022.
