Join us on the first Sunday of every month, where some of the North West’s finest makers will be showcasing and selling an array of handmade art, crafts and delicious food.

Our Canal side cafe will be open if you fancied a spot of lunch as well as our museum galleries. A great day out for all the family.

Liverpool Makers’ Bazaar

Liverpool Makers’ Bazaar invite you to a gathering of talented local artisans exhibiting and selling directly to the public.

Their next event is at their favourite venue, the community centre at Lark Lane’s Old Police Station on September 11th.

With free entry and a pop up vintage tea room on site, they’ll see you there !

The Liverpool Independents’ Super Ma...

A celebration of some of the city’s talented creatives, the first Liverpool Independents’ Super Market will be held on the 31st July 2022.

Over 25 stallholders, including baked goods, printmakers and illustrators, ceramics, locally produced spirits, and much more.

Suitable for all ages. There will be a DJ, and food is available at the venue.

The Summer Arkade

Make and Invisible Wind Factory are coming together again to bring you a summer themed festival like no other.

The summer season is fast approaching and Make are excited to be running their Summer Arkade on Sunday 21st August 2022. Visitors to this summer shopping event can expect an abundance of independent stall holders, summery cocktails, tasty food, activities for the whole family, themed craft workshops and of course music and entertainment throughout the whole day.

Liverpool Makers Bazaar

Over 30 independent makers will be taking over the Lark Lane Old Police Station on Sunday 12 June, selling unique, handmade, pieces.

Mrs B’s Vintage Teas will also be on hand to serve the finest teas and cakes too.

Liverpool Print Fair

This April, Liverpool Print Fair is hosting a two-day art market, gathering independent artists and designers with a unique variety of original and handmade art prints for sale. Whether you want something to hang in your home office or a gift to brighten up a new home, there will be plenty to choose from at this event.

Spring is almost here and it’s always nice to freshen up our homes and living spaces as the seasons change. Now is a great time to buy new art prints and treat yourself to something special for your walls, all while supporting independent artists in the process.

The market will host a different selection of stalls on both Saturday and Sunday, with over 25 different sellers over the weekend. Make sure to visit both days if you want to see everything.

This event will be hosted at Chapters Of Us – a beautiful venue in the Baltic Triangle, just a short walk from the Cains Brewery Village.

Oxton Art Fair 2021

Williamson Art Gallery are delighted to welcome Oxton Art Fair back after last year’s necessary hiatus. This year’s edition is still slightly smaller, with 12 member artists taking part, but no less beautiful and considered than any other year.

Visit to view, discover and purchase originally produced painting, photography, jewellery, ceramics, mixed-media, printmaking and textiles. As always there is something for everyone!

The event will run 10am-5pm on Sunday 7th November 2021. Last entry is 4.30pm, and the cafe will be open until 4pm.

Winter Arts Markets 2021

The Winter Arts Market will return to the awe-inspiring Liverpool Cathedral this December with two festive shopping dates.

You can find stalls from over 50 independent artists, designers and makers in the magnificent surroundings of Liverpool Cathedral. Pop along with your friends and family to shop for creative crafts, gorgeous gifts, contemporary design and artisanal foods.

There will be new stalls featured at each event, where you’ll be able to find everything from cards, photography, ceramics and prints to jewellery, homewares, textiles and handmade beauty products.

The Cathedral’s Welsford Cafe will be open all day on both days, so you can also stop for a drink and a bite to eat and refuel.

Whether you want something to hang in your home office, or a gift to brighten up a new home, there will be plenty to choose from at Liverpool Print Fair.

Local artists Toucan Tango have been commissioned to create an exclusive limited-edition print which will be available to the first 50 people through the doors each day. With each print there is also a chance to win one of four printmaking prizes from Cass Art too, so there’s plenty of reasons to get there early.

This is the eighth Liverpool Print Fair event since 2016 and this year it’ll be at Chapters Of Us – a beautiful venue in the Baltic Triangle, just a short walk from the Cains Brewery Village.

Liverpool Writes Live – Writers ...

Liverpool Year of Writing 2021 are delivering an event to bring writers, independent publishers, booksellers and partners together at Central Library.

A Writers Boot Camp and Marketplace for adults and young people, held Central Library18 September, 11am-3pm.  

There will be some of their favourite local, national and even international writers taking part, workshops, seminars, 1:1 tutorials, meetings with editors and publishers to give everyone a real insight into the industry.

They will have several stalls showcasing a variety of arts organisations including partners, independent publishers, agents and local authors.
