The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Choir step into the spotlight, bringing you a roof-raising celebration of Liverpool Philharmonic’s choral family.

Rossini set to work on his renowned Petite messe solennelle towards the end of his life – and a whole 30 years after he wrote his operas. But that signature operatic flair still shines through in this vivid work full of colour and drama, vibrant rhythms and standout tunes. Tonight, you’ll hear it in all its glory, with exciting guest soloists singing alongside our magnificent chorus.

We’ll also see Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Choir take to the stage, before the Choir perform a new work by 2024 Rushworth Composition Prize winner and Choir member, Andrew Barney.
