In this 1 day course, take your portrait drawing to the next level with intermediate tuition to build upon the basics of composing the features of the face.
We’ll consider portrait drawing as a problem solving activity and offer solutions and practice to help improve your understanding. In the second half, we’ll work on drawing a portrait from a clothed model as a practical example.
Tutor: Kathy Dereli
Kathy is trained in traditional techniques in drawing and sculpture which she uses to create well-crafted artworks with a modern sensibility. She has led classes and demonstrations in both disciplines for several years.
