International Women’s Day: Arts for Social Change Showcase

To celebrate International Women's Day, Collective Encounters is hosting a special edition of our Arts for Social Change Showcase celebrating arts projects that are working with women to achieve social change. The event will include 5 quick-fire presentations by artists passionate about using the arts for social change, and all presentations will explore creative work engaging women or addressing women’s issues. There will also be a short work-in-progress performance from our Women in Action group, sharing this group’s approach to using theatre for social change. There will be opportunities to ask questions of the contributors throughout.
