Growing out of the seeds planted with the LCR REH creatives community, we are so excited to invite you to Music & Yoga at the Phil: a Global Majority affinity space for rest, embodiment and self-exploration through music, movement, breath and presence.A unique session of live original music in synchronicity with a gentle, uplifting yoga sequence for the Black and Global Majority community; start your Sunday with an uplifting session of music and yogaJoin musician Andrew Barney and yoga teacher Nu Caratella for the next instalment of their unique collaboration interweaving music, movement, breath and vibration. This is an event for those who identify as Black and Global Majority, celebrating collaboration, community and the joy of music and movement for healing and connection.
