Have you ever dreamt with your eyes wide open? Today, it’s possible thanks to Enlightenment. After a resounding success in Zurich, the immersive experience of the year is finally arriving in Liverpool, within the heart of an exceptional historical monument – St George´s Hall.
Explore the four seasons through a breath-taking visual and auditory experience, and immerse yourself in a unique perspective of spring, summer, autumn, and winter. During this 30-minute spectacle, let yourself be enchanted by the iconic melodies of Vivaldi’s ‘Four Seasons’ accompanied by spectacular visuals. It’s a complete immersion in a historical monument dating back to the 19th century.

The Narrative is a monthly songwriter showcase and networking event held in Liverpool. This event features 3 incredible songwriters telling the stories behind their songs and performing ‘in the round’.
The Narrative is ran by creatives, for creatives, with a focus on the creative process and networking with other people in all sectors of the music industry. It’s for everybody to attend, whether you’re a creative yourself, you work in the industry, or you love music and want to support your local scene.
Entry to The Narrative is on a ‘Pay What You Can’ basis, so to attend the event you just pay… well… what you can! All donations go directly towards paying the performers and into the growth of the event within our community. The Wombat Jazz Festival, the first of its kind in Liverpool, brings together a selection of the best jazz in Liverpool and will debut on Sunday 1 September 2024, at the iconic St George’s Hall.
This ground-breaking festival celebrates jazz as a dynamic and diverse Black art form, nodding to the vibrant culture of Liverpool and the roots of jazz and introducing you to jazz greats of tomorrow.
Look forward to a day filled with epic performances from renowned Liverpool bands, intimate acoustic sets, DJ sets for the two-steppers and a selection of very special one-off performances with ensembles which have been brought together for this occasion. Our line-up includes the legendary Grapes Band with special guest vocalist, Ni Maxine, rising star drummer, Skye Ambrosius and the great, Andrew Ibi, threading the day together with rare vinyl jazz education, plus more to be announced.
The Wombat Jazz Festival provides a platform for both established musicians and emerging talents to share their passion and creativity.
