State of Mind Symposium

Admission TBC
Start Time 11:30
End Time 19:30

This November, 20 Stories High will be hosting a special event at the Everyman Theatre in Liverpool.

Over the past 4 years we have been funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation to explore how, as an arts organisation, we place mental health and wellbeing at the heart of the company – what it means for the young people we work with, the professional artists we co-create with, the audiences that see the work and also the team that makes it all happen.

The day will consist of performances, presentations, panel discussions and workshops, led by young people, artist wellbeing practitioners, staff, and the artists who make the work. In the evening there will also be a chance to see a brand new show that has the State of Mind values and processes embedded in the work.

Whether you are a freelance theatre maker, an arts organisation, or a company that values wellbeing –  this is a space to learn more about what we have been doing, as well as share your own practice and explore new ideas.

We are so looking forward to creating a space to explore wellbeing with our sector, and we really hope you can join us. So if this is of interest to you – please do put the date in your diary, and we will be in touch soon with more information about what to expect and how to book on!

There will be BSL interpretation at the event, if you have any other access requirements please contact: amy@20storieshigh.org.uk

There will also be an online option available for people who need to attend the event remotely.

The event is free for freelancers. There will be a tiered-ticketing system for organisations.
