Future Yard is excited to welcome Whelligan for the launch of their second album In Pursuit of Inchoate Visions of Beauty. The album is full of memories and characters associated with being an unemployed musician growing up in Birkenhead. Jobcentre chat, glorious wasted hours by the waterside. The could've-beens, the might've-beens, the has-beens, the never-weres. The dreams, the reality, the hopelessness, the humour and the tenderness which was shared by so many in a town that was slowly but surely being forgotten.
