Shop local this Christmas at Sudley Handmade, their artisan makers market held in the stunning surroundings of festive Sudley House.

Browse wares from makers, artists and designers and support small businesses, whilst drinking in the incredible Christmas decorations that adorn this historic home.

The Good Market

Unity Theatre Night Market

Back due to popular demand, for one night only, Liverpool’s beloved Unity Theatre will be celebrating and supporting local artists and businesses by transforming into a Winter Wonderland packed full of shopping and dining.

The event is free to access and is part of their year-round commitment to celebrating Liverpool’s incredible creative community through their Creative’pool Programme.

GoodMarket XL

A brand new shopping event is coming to the Exhibition Centre Liverpool this month (28 October) as GoodMarket XL invites visitors to discover more than 130 independents during a giant celebration of artisan makers.

Combining shopping with entertainment, GoodMarket XL, will see visitors enjoy food and drinks from artisan producers whilst exploring art, prints, homeware, local craft drinks, clothing, accessories and gifts from a carefully curated collection of independent pop-ups. There will also be live music and DJ sets from Good Market resident DJs Coffee and Turntables.

The event, supported by Hugh Baird College, is free to attend and will be jam-packed with artisan makers and businesses including Wexbaby, Skyn Bakery, The Octopus Garden, JG Illustrations, Bean Coffee and Turncoat Gin, as well social traders from BlaST.

Independents such as Pawdrobe HQ, Neon Moon Pet Boutique and Frenchie Fancies will also be showcasing their latest treats and accessories for pampered pooches, while The Storybarn will be keeping children entertained with reading and craft sessions throughout the day.

Those looking to unleash their own creativity can take part in one of the interactive workshops on offer such as seasonal scents candle making with Kip Candle Co, bouquet making with A Slower Space and limoncello and cocktail masterclasses with Zest.

Organisers of GoodMarket XL, Alex and Rebekah Frech, who also run the city’s regular Good Market events, are looking forward to expanding their much-loved pop-up shopping experience into a full-day event at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool.

Tickets for GoodMarket XL are available free of charge with a limited number of VIP passes on offer (£10 per person), which include a complimentary glass of fizz by Think Wine and a goodie bag. Make Autumn Market

This autumn, Make are excited to be running their first Autumn Makers Market on Sunday 29th October 2023.

Visitors to this autumn shopping event can expect an abundance of independent stall holders, tasty food, themed craft workshops and music and entertainment throughout the day.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

On street parking is free but limited to 2 hours so vehicle drivers will need a permit for street parking.

Public transport links are nearby, and the venue is easily accessible on foot from Liverpool City Centre (see our website for more information, we’re located at Make North Docks).

How accessible is the venue?

The market is located on the ground floor which provides full accessibility including toilet provisions.

No, it isn’t necessary to print your ticket.

Will there be food & drink available at the market?

There will be a variety of food options available including, vegan options. There will also alcohol available at our bar.

Can I bring my dog along?

Well behaved dogs allowed as long as they are on a lead. The owner must take full responsibility and pick up after your dog. Your furry pal must be supervised at all times and must not be deemed as dangerous.
