Future Yard are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, community-driven individual to the new role of Audience Development + Neighbourhood Outreach Officer.

As a community music venue, skills + training hub and pillar of the community, Future Yard must engage with a diverse range of audiences and participants across all aspects of their work. To ensure that they are delivering on the impact they set out to achieve – namely, that music can change the world – they need to maintain high levels of awareness and visibility within their local community, and continually find new audiences who share their beliefs.

These may be live music fans, local young people who want to embark on a career in the music industry, residents and representative groups in Birkenhead, or families who want to enjoy music together. You will work with the wider Audiences team in helping to reach these new audiences, and to develop existing audiences through a new membership/patrons scheme.

You will work across all aspects of Future Yard’s programmes, playing a key role in connecting this work to people who will get the most out of it. You will develop and deepen these connections by engaging regularly with key partner organisations, audience groups and through administering their Neighbourhood Ticket Scheme, supported by our Director of Audiences and Marketing + Outreach Manager.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starting individual at the start of their career to undertake this role. Ideally you will have some knowledge of music, music venues or some of Future Yard’s programmes, although candidates with transferable and appropriate knowledge from other sectors are also encouraged to apply.

Curator, Exhibition and Displays – Tate Liverpool, closes 20 April ’25

Tate Liverpool is seeking a Curator, Exhibitions and Displays (Maternity Cover) for a temporary period of 10-months, based at Tate Liverpool, to work on their exciting exhibitions and displays programme.

Working within the Exhibitions team at Tate Liverpool, you will have an excellent knowledge of 20th century modern and contemporary art, both British and international, with experience of leading on collection displays and solo/group exhibitions within a museum or art gallery and strong project management skills.

The role combines curatorial and collections-based research with project management. You will lead on projects, working with many teams across Tate, according to their artistic and audience priorities, as such you will be an active team player with a collaborative approach and exceptional interpersonal skills.

As you will work across multiple projects, at different stages, you will be highly organised with strong administrative skills and the ability to prioritise and coordinate activities with patience and empathy when under pressure.
