Sara Pascoe

Age guidance: 14+ (Includes strong language)U16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Have you ever been awake in the middle of the night and thought something so smart and astute that you couldn’t wait for the world to wake up so you could tell them?

THIS SHOW IS THAT THOUGHT.

In that it doesn’t make much sense and is a bit weird on reflection.

Sara Pascoe is a comedian and her children don’t sleep and her kitchen won’t clean itself and her husband “doesn’t want to be in it”.

As seen and heard on TaskmasterLive at the ApolloThe Great British Sewing BeeLast One Laughing UKQI8 Out of 10 Cats Does CountdownMock the Week and co-host of Sara & Cariad’s Weirdos Book Club podcast.

Grayson Perry: Are You Good?

Are You Good? A question that I think is fundamental to our humanity. In this show I will be helping you, the audience, find out if you really are thoroughly good or maybe quite evil, but in a fun way.

I always start out with the assumption that people are born good and then life happens. So, let’s pull back the curtain and see where your morals truly lie. Are you as virtuous as you think? With lots of audience participation (don’t worry, no one leaves unscathed) and a few silly songs we’ll have an entertaining evening and come out with our core values completely in tatters. Is it more important to be good or to be right?

It’s time to update what is a virtue and what is a sin. No biggie.

Russell Kane

14+ only14 – 16 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. This show will contain strong language and adult references.

Whirlwind, FitBit-breaking comedian, presenter, actor and author Russell Kane is out on the road again, setting it on fire with his unique recipe of sharp wit and “storming physical comedy” (Mail on Sunday).

Russell Kane’s visit to Liverpool Philharmonic Hall in 2025 comes with a safety warning: wear strong underwear – pants will be spoiled. Russell is high-energy, high-octane, and hyper-active!

Matt Forde: Defying Calamity

“A first-class comic” – The Guardian

In his biggest live tour to date leading political comedian Matt Forde (The Royal Variety Performance, Spitting Image, HIGNFY, British Scandal) finds positivity in life despite all the evidence to the contrary in politics and his own health.

The Alternative Black Cabaret Comedy Showcase

The Alternative Black Cabaret Comedy Showcase is hosted by Che Burnley, hailing from Oldham and an honorary Scouser. In the last few years Che has established his own showcase show in Edinburgh and Liverpool, provided tour support for Reginald D Hunter, written his own solo shows and still found time to gig across the country.

Join the festival comedy showcase for Che and some excellent supporting acts from Liverpool and beyond.

Jack Dee

Age restriction – strictly 14+Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

CULTURE WARS, THE ENVIRONMENT, BRITISH FOREIGN POLICY and SOCIAL JUSTICE: these are just a few of the topics that Jack spectacularly fails to address (or even mention for that matter) in his brand new show. Instead, for reasons known only to him, he doubles down on his fascination with the meaningless small things of life like Zoom protocol, what’s new in the world of radiators and the worst careers advice office in the world.

Join Jack as he guides you through his varied life and career with his customary charm and well known gift for talking absolute rubbish on any given subject.

Jade Helliwell

Jade Helliwell takes to the stage for a one time special show at the Music Room. The show promises to bring together Jade’s two loves, music & comedy storytelling.

After calls from fans of Jade’s music and live shows for her to incorporate comedy into her live show, Jade decided to take the chance and put on the special. After the debut of her ‘Victoria Wood esque’ song ‘Hot Tub Song’ on the Girls Night In The Round Tour in 2023, Jade has been busy writing material for a show just like this.

The audience can expect an acoustic performance of all the fan favourites, followed by an ‘all new’ set of story telling and comedy songs. Influenced by the likes of Victoria Wood & Fascinating Ada. The show is set to be a rollercoaster of emotions and something not to be missed.

Sophie McCartney

Age restriction: 16+

After last year’s phenomenal 70 date international tour, award-winning comedian and number one bestselling author Sophie McCartney is back with a brand-new show! Recently kicked out of club 18 -30, a new decade now beckons and she DOES NOT BELIEVE IT. Tackling her perimenopausal panic with denial, delirium, and a shot of tequila – what does life look like when you’re too old to be young, but too young to be old? Desperate for a mad night out (as long as she’s home by 9pm), this mum of three, and optimistic raver, is by no means down and out – she’s up and in… watching Netflix. Grab your glow sticks and join Sophie as she embarks on life’s next big chapter with sequins, snorty laughs, and a pair of killer orthopaedic heels.

Nick Mohammed is Mr Swallow – Show Pony

A Berk’s Nest production in association with United Agents

Nick
Mohammed is Mr. Swallow: Show Pony

Taskmaster
loser & Ted Lasso star Nick Mohammed returns as his critically acclaimed
alter-ego Mr. Swallow with a brand new show: Show Pony – now with further tour
dates added!

Mr.
Swallow has recently been seen making everyone laugh in Amazon Prime’s hit show
Last One Laughing, as well as appearing on numerous episodes of Channel 4’s 8
Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. He made his BBC debut at the 2024 BAFTA Film
Awards with – frankly – terrifying results, a lot of which is discussed in Show
Pony for therapeutic reasons.

Show
Pony has been described by Mr. Swallow as “payback for everyone who didn’t come
to the last tour” and “my most personal/libelous show to date” and will cover
everything from not having his own sitcom to not having his own sitcom… and
everything in between (critical race theory). As per – expect magic, music and
a whole load of brand new mistakes… balanced seamlessly with a story about Tim
Henman.

Nick
Mohammed is one of the UK’s most celebrated comedians, actors and writers. Nick
has received feverish critical acclaim for his previous Mr. Swallow shows
Dracula, Houdini and A Christmas Carol (ish), which played to rave reviews in
London’s West End last Christmas, alongside his first UK tour The Very Best
& Worst of Mr. Swallow in 2023, which sold-out across the UK including
multiple additional dates.

Nick
plays Nate in Apple TV’s hit multi award-winning series Ted Lasso, for which he
was nominated twice for Outstanding Supporting Actor at the Emmy Awards. He
will soon be seen in the feature film Deep Cover for Amazon Prime, starring
alongside Orland Bloom and Bryce Dallas Howard. He has recently been seen
starring in Sally Wainwright’s Renegade Nell (Disney+) and Steven Moffat’s
Douglas Is Cancelled (ITV). Nick created, wrote, and starred (alongside David
Schwimmer) in his own Sky TV hit show Intelligence. Other appearances include
Stath Lets Flats (Channel 4), Inside No. 9 (BBC), This Time with Alan Partridge
(BBC), and has just finished shooting feature film Control with James McAvoy
and Julianne Moore. He was one of the worst contestants in the history of
Channel 4’s Taskmaster.
