This guided modern meditation session combines a relaxing fusion of meditation techniques featuring X-Hail’s signature breathwork, energising and uplifting stretches and restorative qiGong inspired movement, against a backdrop of blissfully mixed chilled chart classics and soothing aromatherapy blends.
Please bring a pillow and blanket with you. Session lasts 90 minutes and will end with a tea or coffee. Over 16s only, suitable for wheelchair users.
