The Head of Producing is a key role within a developing Producing Team based at The Old Courts in Wigan.

Working closely with the Director of Producing, the Head of Producing will take a lead role in local and national projects, connecting incredible artists with producers and communities across the country.

Central to this work is leadership of the flagship Collaborative Touring Network (CTN), which supports artists to develop and tour world-view-changing live performance with communities nationally.

Alongside leading large-scale projects such as this, the Head of Producing will also support the development of producers and projects locally, as The Old Courts seeks to support a new generation of artistic and producing talent in the region.

Experienced Building Manager (Permanent) – Victoria Baths Manchester, closes 1 May

Victoria Baths is a beautiful Edwardian swimming pool and Turkish baths complex, used as an events, community & arts venue and heritage visitor attraction.

Operated by a charitable trust, there are plans for phased building preservation and development work over the next few years, which means there is scope for the hours of this role to increase.

They’re looking for an experienced Building Manager to join their small and friendly team of 10 staff, starting in summer 2022. You will need a thorough understanding of the requirements for work on listed buildings, at least five years relevant experience and preferably a conservation qualification.

The post holder will be responsible for developing and managing any building preservation and repair projects, as well as managing ongoing maintenance, health and safety, security and housekeeping activities.

The position covers a comprehensive range of building management tasks and includes line managing at least two people. You will need experience of managing building projects, procuring maintenance and repair work, relevant health and safety qualifications and excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage a financial budget.
