Are you an experienced, inspiring teacher and passionate musician who believes in the power of singing to support wellbeing?

They’re looking for a freelance choir leader to deliver our weekly Health and Wellbeing Choir in Wallasey – a vibrant, welcoming space where people of all backgrounds come together to sing, connect, and feel better.

This isn’t your average choir. It’s a growing, community-rooted project that helps people reduce stress, combat loneliness, and boost confidence – all through the joy of singing together.

You’ll be walking into an established, supported session with warmups and arrangements provided, and plenty of space to bring your own creativity and style. You’ll be supported by a friendly team who cares deeply about your experience as well as the choir members’.

The Role Includes:

  • Leading a weekly session on Tuesdays, 1-3pm in Wallasey
  • Delivering uplifting warmups, songs, and performances
  • Bringing energy, warmth, and accessibility to every session
  • Supporting a safe, inclusive, and joyful atmosphere
  • Liaising with our team for light admin, ongoing support and training.

Project Facilitator – National Museums Liverpool, closes 10 Dec ’25

National Museums Liverpool currently have the post of Project Facilitator available.

Reporting to the Engagement Producer, you will be part of an inclusive and people-focused Learning & Participation team, delivering a varied programme of public events, workshops, and activities across museums, galleries and community settings.

There has never been greater public demand or a more pertinent need to understand the heritage of the transatlantic slave trade and discuss its legacies. This role offers a unique opportunity to bring passion, energy, and commitment to a position that is central to delivering workshops and events with community stakeholders most affected by, and most invested in, the redevelopment of the International Slavery Museum and Maritime Museum, as well as the wider Waterfront Transformation Project.

You will play a key role in their community participation programme, supporting activities and events that explore themes including Black history, the broader Black experience, British history, chattel and transatlantic slavery, social movements and moments, racial inequalities, contemporary forms of slavery, and social injustice. You will be at the heart of their approach to involving local communities and wider UK stakeholders in shaping this important work.

As an organisation, they are committed to working with communities to ensure a diverse range of voices help shape the vision for transforming the International Slavery Museum and Maritime Museum – generously supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, thanks to National Lottery players.

You’ll report to the Theatre Manager and be responsible for the Deputy Customer Experience Manager, Hospitality and Events Manager, Assistant Customer Experience Manager and Cellarperson.

In addition oversight of the Customer Experience Team including Duty Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues in the ATG Head Office, particularly the Hospitality and Risk teams. You will take an active interest in your team’s talent and development as well as your own. You will work closely with venue colleagues across all departments to drive the vision of the venue forward, actively considering how your expertise and team can support the growth of the business.

This post will comprise a mix of day, evening and weekend work and is based full time at the venue. Primarily you are a strong retail focussed professional, with strong people and organisational skills able to work in an agile and target driven environment.

Team Leader (Merchandising) – National Museums Liverpool, closes 26 Nov ’25

You will play a key role in maximising profitability by monitoring gross profit margins and analysing the performance of individual product lines. This includes ensuring the effective maintenance of the EPOS system and liaising with internal teams and external suppliers or sales agents to support operational efficiency.

You will lead the development and delivery of NML’s online shop, overseeing product selection, photography, and marketing to ensure a compelling and commercially successful digital retail experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with both managerial and front of house colleagues across the Audiences & Media, Finance, and Retail, to drive sales and enhance the customer journey.

As a team leader, you will manage and inspire the merchandising team to deliver the merchandising strategy and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Working in partnership with the Merchandising Manager, you will help shape a product offer that reflects the breadth and quality of NML’s world-class collections and exhibitions – creating memorable experiences for all and challenging expectations.
